Welcome to Lydden
A rural sanctuary above the valley, with a Kentish inn on your doorstep
Lydden Bell Lodge is a brand new holiday home finished to a high modern standard, with original features kept throughout. It sits at the top of the village in one of Kent's most beautiful steep-sided valleys, with grazing pasture and pockets of ancient woodland in every direction.
Four bedrooms and two bathrooms comfortably sleep ten, with a generous open-plan living space, a fully equipped kitchen and direct access to the terrace and its private hot tub. Below you is The Lydden Bell, our grade II listed freehouse serving food all day, which guests of the lodge are welcome to use.
The port of Dover and the Channel Tunnel are ten minutes away, Canterbury and Dover Castle a short drive, and the Lydden and Temple Ewell Downs nature reserve is within walking distance.
